Your data is yours. Export it to CSV any time.
Updated 2026-06-14
Vault believes your data belongs to you. You can export it to a CSV file whenever you like, to keep a backup or open it in a spreadsheet.
- 1
Open Settings
Go to the Settings tab and find data export.
- 2
Export to CSV
Choose to export. Vault creates a CSV file of your data.
- 3
Save or share it
Use the share sheet to save the file to Files, email it to yourself, or move it wherever you keep backups.
Great before switching phones
Since Vault data is local to each device, exporting a CSV is a handy way to keep a copy when you move to a new iPhone.
Reports export too
Beyond a full data export, you can export reports and charts as PDF or CSV for sharing or record-keeping.
