Do I need Apple Intelligence?

No. If your device cannot run it, Molehill automatically uses its own built-in engine so breakdowns and brain-dump sorting still work.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, completely. Everything runs on your device, so Molehill works in Airplane Mode and anywhere with no signal.

Will Molehill sync to my iPad or Mac?

Not yet. An honest answer, plus the workaround that helps today.

We will be straight with you: Molehill does not sync across devices yet. It is built for iPhone today (iOS 26 or later, designed for portrait), and your tasks stay on that one phone.

The workaround that helps now

If you need a task somewhere else, export its steps to Apple Reminders or Apple Calendar (both Pro features). Those sync through your own iCloud, so the steps will appear on your iPad and Mac.

Cloud sync, an Apple Watch app, and turning a photo into a checklist are all things we would love to add down the road. We are not promising dates, just letting you know they are on our minds.
