Do my tasks ever leave my phone?

This is the question that matters most, so here it is plainly: no. What you write in Molehill stays on your iPhone.
Molehill has no account and no cloud. It makes no network calls at all, not for AI, not for analytics, not for anything. Your tasks, steps, and brain dumps are stored locally on your device and never leave it.
- No sign-up, no login, no profile.
- No tracking and no analytics.
- The AI runs on your iPhone, so even your breakdowns stay local.
- It works fully in Airplane Mode, because there is nothing to connect to.
The only time anything touches another app is if you choose to export to Reminders or Calendar, and even then it goes only to Apple’s own apps on your device, never to us.
