A daily prompt when you need a way in, and seven-day arcs when you want direction.
A daily reflective prompt appears on Home and in the widget. Tap it and you are already writing, which is usually the entire battle.
Cove Plus adds guided programs: seven-day arcs such as Gratitude, Steadier Days, and Growth, with progress shown on Home. Each day gives you a prompt with a direction rather than a blank page.
