Setting a daily reminder
One quiet nudge at a time you choose, or none at all.
Cove can send one local notification a day at a time you pick. It is scheduled on your device from your own settings, so no server knows when you journal.

Open Settings
Find the reminders section.

Choose a time
Pick a moment you are usually still and unhurried. Evening works for most people; some prefer the first coffee.

Allow notifications
iOS asks once. If you decline, you can change it later in the iOS Settings app under Cove.
