On your phone, in a local store, with no account and no server.
People, interactions, facts, and important dates are stored in a local database on your iPhone. The AI helpers run on the device. There is no Kith account, no Obsidian Ridge Labs server, no analytics SDK, and no advertising network.
Contacts
People are seeded through Apple's system multi-select picker. Kith receives only the contacts you explicitly pick, and never requests broad access to your address book. It does not upload your contacts anywhere to enrich them.
