Building the closet
Several garments from one photo
How the multi-item capture works, and what makes it work better.
Apple Vision can find every distinct subject in a photograph. Wove reads each one separately, crops it to its own bounds, and creates a garment with its own cut-out and its own crop of the original photo.
What helps
- Space between pieces. Overlapping garments read as one shape.
- A plain, contrasting surface.
- Even light. Hard shadows can be mistaken for edges.
- Flat, not folded into a lump. A folded jumper is a rectangle to a computer.
