Adding your first garments

You do not need to catalogue everything before Wove is useful. Twenty pieces is enough for real outfits. Start with what you actually reach for.

1. 01

   Find a plain surface

   A bed, a floor, a table. Wove lifts the garment off its background, so contrast helps and a busy duvet does not.

2. 02

   Shoot a pile, not one item

   Lay several pieces out with a little space between them and take one photo. Wove segments each garment into its own entry.

3. 03

   Confirm the tags

   Colour, type, and season are proposed on the device. Fix anything wrong now; it takes seconds and improves every later suggestion.

4. 04

   Repeat until bored

   Genuinely. Add a batch, use the app, add more when you notice something missing.
