On your device, in your own private iCloud, and nowhere we can read it.
Mettle has no account, no analytics, and no tracking. Program generation, coaching, and progression all run on your iPhone, and the app works offline.
Mettle uses a private iCloud database by default when available, with a local store as its fallback. Coaching and progression run on your iPhone; synced training records remain a separate storage path through your Apple account.
Export remains the backup you fully control either way.
